Sloane Muldoon (she/her)
Sloane Muldoon is the Regional Senior Vice President for Ontario Region Retail at Scotiabank. With experience across Canadian Banking and international roles, she is known for her commitment to customers, communities, and frontline teams.
Before returning to the business, Sloane led Global HR Solutions as Senior Vice President, overseeing large-scale employee services, modernization of HR processes and technology, and enterprise initiatives that strengthened risk, controls, and people analytics capabilities.
Sloane has been recognized as an Employment Equity Champion by the Government of Canada and is a longstanding advocate for women’s advancement. She has served as Executive Sponsor and CoChair of The Scotiabank Women Initiative and sponsor of the HR Inclusion Council. She supports women entrepreneurs through her board role with The Forum.
