E-Series provides an all-encompassing education in business and entrepreneurship. It offers a deep dive into the skills you’ll need to take your business to the next level, and covers the breadth of topics you need to build a resilient business - from mindset, marketing, sales, systems, team building, raising capital, money management, operations, DEI and more.

You’ll be taught by a faculty of seasoned professionals and entrepreneurs through live sessions, pre-recorded videos, Q&As, and have an option to register for 12 months of 1:1 mentorship upon completion, so you can take what you learn and action it.

You’ll also be connected to an activated community of people that will inspire you, create with you, and endlessly support you, which is a good enough reason all on its own.

Whether you’re new to entrepreneurship or have been in the thick of it a while, we aim for you to leave with inspiration, ideas, action plans to strengthen your business, and connections that will enable your business to thrive. We also work hard to create a respectful and inclusive learning environment. So you can be sure that, from the moment you log on, you’ll feel immediately welcomed and supported.

This program is thoughtfully designed for both the early and intermediate stages of building your business.

You are eligible to register if you are a self-identifying women, non-binary, or trans-femme majority or equal stakeholder, (co-)founder, or (co-)owner actively leading a business operating in Canada; or an employee in line to lead the business who is currently a key decision maker.

• This includes a woman manager or staff member who is a key decision maker in an Indigenous band- or community-owned business.
• This includes a woman who is in the planning stages for launching a business.

There is nothing out there that comes close to what E-Series gives you because this is so much more than a program.

You don’t just get 6 days worth of live seminars with leading professionals and entrepreneurs who will give you the inside scoop on everything you’ll need to build and grow your business successfully. You also have an option to add 12 months of 1:1 support from a Mentor who can offer advice and guidance around challenges specific to your business.

And again, there’s the community. We really can’t emphasize this point enough because the connections you’ll make with other entrepreneurs, our team, and our supporters will create so many new possibilities for your future.

E-Series Spring will run May 14 - June 13, 2024. Live virtual sessions run on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30am - 2:30pm PST | 12:30pm - 5:30pm EST on alternating weeks, with sessions scheduled on May 14, 16, 28, 30, June 11, 13, 2024.

Plan for additional solo work time in the alternate weeks. Optional coffee and community time each day 9am - 9:30am PST | 12pm - 12:30pm EST before the program begins.

However, if you’re unable to make the live sessions they will all be recorded and provided as replays for 12 weeks after the program dates.

This program is thoughtfully designed for both the early- and intermediate-stages of building your business. We recognize that you may feel intermediate-stage in certain areas of your business, and early-stage in others. Our design allows you to choose your own learning path based on your interests, needs and preferences.

We understand the cash flow realities of running a business and that cost can be a barrier to participate. This is why we offer a tiered model for fees to ensure you can participate in this program.

6 days of live seminars, breakout sessions, and community connects led by industry professionals and seasoned entrepreneurs. There will also be additional video based learning materials to watch before the live Q&A sessions and a digital workbook to help you move through the program. It’s optional to add 1:1 mentorship for 12 months to keep the momentum going.

We’re committed to leaving no woman behind. If you don’t have access to $249 to pay for this program and need a higher level of bursary support in order to participate, we have a limited number available to those in need. We encourage you to register today and request the higher level bursary you need.

Don’t sweat it! We record every session so you can replay them anytime you want, as many times as you want.

Everything is done virtually, so you can participate wholeheartedly no matter where you are. The live speakers, pre-recorded lectures, and resources are all digital and will be organized thoughtfully within your own dedicated online portal.

To participate, you’ll need access to a computer with stable internet access. Having a video camera provides you with the option of sharing your live image when in sessions.
