What is the role?
As the Mentorship & Community Lead, you will be responsible for nurturing a vibrant community of entrepreneurs. You will oversee mentorship programs, facilitate meaningful connections within our network, and create opportunities for entrepreneurs to grow and showcase their achievements. Your role is crucial in ensuring that The Forum's community remains engaged, supported, and actively contributing to our mission of empowering women entrepreneurs.
Together, we will make an impact on the thousands of women entrepreneurs across Canada each year.
The details:
This is a full-time role starting mid-September 2025 (exact start date TBD).
Salary range is $65,000 - $70,000 CAD, commensurate with your experience.
15 days of vacation, plus additional paid time off in December.
An additional (1) flex day a year for you to use to honour a day important to you.

We are a fully remote team with occasional in-person team meetings or co-working days, depending on your location (Canada only). Our team is across Canada, with members from BC, Ontario, Manitoba, and Nova Scotia.
For this role, we would like you to be located in the Greater Vancouver Area or Greater Toronto Area.
