I love dreaming up home projects, enjoying cozy evenings by the fire with family and friends, and exploring the outdoors with my husband and little ones. Lazy summer days on the dock and unwinding with a good book or show after the kids are in bed are my perfect balance.

I’m truly passionate about uniting our dedicated supporters and advocates of The Forum to create meaningful change for women-identifying entrepreneurs across Canada, helping them unlock their full potential. My focus is on growing the resources available to our community through strategic funds development, ensuring that we can continue to empower and uplift women-identifying entrepreneurs with the support they need to thrive. Moving my body and letting myself complain as I do it.

I’m a former athlete turned accountant who loves finding patterns in numbers and in everyday life. When I’m not working through a spreadsheet, you’ll probably find me at Pilates or yoga or cooking something for friends and family. A quote I live by is: “When you let your own light shine, you unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.”

Yoga! I’m a newbie yoga teacher, and a regular practitioner. I find solace in the quiet of yoga, strength in the movement, and energy in sharing the practice with friends.

I’ve spent the majority of my career as an entrepreneur, and recognize how much support it takes to have the courage to start and grow a business. I love that The Forum supports entrepreneurs at all stages of their journey, while working to build a world where all women have an equal opportunity to achieve their goals.

Going on long drives, playing with kitties, dancing along to Beyoncé and BTS, hot chai and iced coffees, and going on adventurous hikes.

I was able to become the “me” I am today because of the inspiring women who not only provided me with a seat at the table, but empowered me to empower myself. To be able to pay it forward with The Forum, in supporting and championing women entrepreneurs, is a privilege I will always be honoured to have.

Getting outside with my family, especially bike rides around the seawall that end with an ice cream or bubble tea, listening to my kids’ laugh, cooking, date nights, moms’ nights out tasting our way through the city, and organizing my home (or anyone else who will let me organize theirs!).

My greatest source of fulfillment is being of service to others and watching them thrive doing what they love most. To be part of The Forum which supports women entrepreneurs in doing just that is a privilege I am honoured to have.
