Thanks to the support of the TELUS Vancouver Community Board, we’re relaunching registration for one of our most popular programs yet. We’ve taken all the best parts of our original program and added in new content to support you in continuing to develop a resilient, confident mindset when it comes to business ownership. Because we know that as women entrepreneurs you have continued to face adversity, challenges, pivots, and opportunities this year. And we want to support you with the tools you need to support a resilient mindset, business, leadership approach, and financial strategy.

The Mental Health Resilience Program will help develop new habits and strategies for leading a more resilient business. And when we say resilient we mean you’ll be able to handle the challenges life throws at you and your business from a practical standpoint and an emotional one.

Who is this program for?

This program is for all Canadian self-identifying woman entrepreneurs -- no matter their industry, size or stage. Whether you’re new to entrepreneurship or well established in your industry, there are lessons everyone can take away from this program and apply to their businesses.

What is the time commitment for this program?

The program is self-paced and can be completed whenever it works best for you in as little as 8-hours. You can listen to all or some of the episodes.

How much does the program cost?

This course is completely free thanks to the generous support of the TELUS Vancouver Community Board.


How is this course delivered?

This program is delivered online through our Thinkific platform. All lessons & your additional Financial Fundamentals course can be found in your personal portal, which is created for you when you register.

Will I get access to a personal advisor?

The Mental Health Resilience Program gives you access to our online community, where you can connect with other women entrepreneurs who are participating. Check out our Mentor Program to keep the momentum going for your business for 12 months, for 1:1 mentorship once a month.
