You identify as a woman, transfemme, or non-binary entrepreneur, and own at least 50% of a business that operates in Canada.
You are a legal resident of Canada.
You’re scaling beyond $1M+ in annual revenue and leading a team.
You’re ready to shift from working in the business to working on it.
You lead a purpose-driven business and are open to learning, sharing, and growing with peers.
You can travel to Whistler, BC on program dates (covering your own travel).
Most importantly, we’re looking for entrepreneurs with integrity - those making business better, and making it their business to better the world.

Our Origin Story
At the heart of Sweet Futures: Relentless Care with The Forum is the remarkable bond between Tara Bosch, Judy Brooks, and Cindy Bokitch.
Their connection is woven from grit, grace, and a playful fire, and it’s this shared energy, care, and unwavering belief in others that breathes life into the Sweet Futures experience.
Tara, founder of the $300M+ brand SmartSweets and a proud alum of The Forum’s Odlum Brown Pitch program, brought the initial spark. Her personal journey of evolution and ambition laid the groundwork for something greater: an immersive space where future-focused founders could dream big, rise higher, and redefine what’s possible.
Judy and Cindy, both deeply purpose-driven and treasured past Board Members of The Forum, recognized that spark.
Together, they entrusted The Forum to carry the program forward, shaping it into the powerful retreat it is today.
Ultimately, it’s Tara, Judy and Cindy’s collective spirit that made Sweet Futures what it is today: a living embodiment of relentless care.
