You may not have it all figured out, but you’re unstoppable, and that’s what matters. You’re not afraid to talk about money or growth, and you’re prepared to take the quantum leap.

Eligibility Criteria:
You identify as a woman, transfemme, or non-binary entrepreneur, and own at least 50% of a business that operates in Canada.
You are a legal resident of Canada.
You’re scaling beyond $1M+ in annual revenue and leading a team.
You’re ready to shift from working in the business to working on it.
You lead a purpose-driven business and are open to learning, sharing, and growing with peers.
You can travel to Whistler, BC on program dates (covering your own travel).
Who is a Futurist?

Our Origin Story
At the heart of Sweet Futures: Relentless Care with The Forum is the remarkable bond between Tara Bosch, Judy Brooks, and Cindy Bokitch.
Their connection started with SmartSweets, the company Tara founded and where Judy served as Board Chair and transaction lead and Cindy as COO.
They saw what commitment to clarity, transparency and care could mean after SmartSweets sold for a $360 million valuation.
Sweet Futures was created with the intent to bring together a group of founders and gift them the same relentless care.
To continue to offer this program in partnership with the Forum is a perfect full circle moment as each has their own unique connection to The Forum; Tara, as a winner and alum of The Forum’s Odlum Brown Pitch, Judy as past chair and Cindy as a past Board Member.
